Please note, 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking. Deposit is non refundable. Deposit is forfeited if any changes made within 30 days of booking date. Deposit for wedding is non refundable if you change your mind after the trial - You can do another trial with a different artist (fees apply).

Invoice must be paid as soon as possible to secure your booking, we cannot guarantee availability if the amount is not received.

Payment for balance of services must be made in full 48 hours before the day services are provided.

Parking must be covered by you, If you are in a hotel parking must be covered by you at the hotel :)

If you have extensions this is an extra $30 fee for them to be clipped in and we need to allow extra time so please let us know if you want this service in advance.

If you want an up-do or hollywood waves this will also be an extra fee depending on your hairstyle or length of hair. We need to allow extra time so please let us know if you want this service in advance.

Appointment times are the maximum time it will take to complete your requested service. We often complete services in less time than what has been allocated. You are paying for the service provided, not the time we are there.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as we have strict time allocation for each job as there are other appointments on the same day. If you are late we won’t be able to spend the full time to do a great job and will need to do the best we can. If you are late and we have no time this will still cost you and you will need to re-book your service if you want the full professional service we provide (fees apply).

To avoid disappointment and complications on your day please make sure to do the below in advance:

  • Please wash and blow dry your hair the morning/night before.
  • Have a clean, fresh moisturised face.
  • Please let me know the color of your skin and if you have any skin concerns so we can make sure we have the right products in our kits :)
  • Send through examples of the hair and makeup you are after.
  • Send a picture of your own hair so we can make sure this style you are after is achievable.
  • Please have or purchase a lipstick/gloss that you want to use and top up with on the day of your event. We will apply one for you but you will need to top up :)
  • If it's your wedding please purchase a translucent compact powder to use throughout the day, for photos etc so you are not shiny if you get shiny.

CHANGE OF LOCATION (fees may apply)

Any changes to your booking or invoice we will need to re issue a new invoice with the new numbers of people or services, a new deposit will need to be paid to the new invoice before the old invoice is refunded. No partial refunds.

If your artist is sick or unavailable on your date we will book you in with another artist who suits the style you are after.

No cash payments on the day. Invoice needs to be paid in full 48 hours before the day services are provided.

Please let me know any extra info or changes to your event so I can pass this on to the artist. You are welcome to talk with your artist too but please let me know so I can make sure this is actioned.

COVID TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When booking, your deposit will be non refundable. Any other payments towards your booking will be carried forward to a new date when you have chosen one. There is no time limit on this. No money is refundable if postponing, cancelling or cannot make this date. You can use your credit in NSW, VIC, QLD, Auckland New Zealand or Miami Florida :)

PLEASE NOTE: For invoices - If you have been assigned an artist, this artist is available at the time the invoice was sent. If you pay day/days after invoice is sent your artist may not be available so we will book you in with another artist if this happens. To make sure you get your request of artist the invoice needs to be paid the same day.
